The  final version of the urban growth projection dataset is now available! 

This urban growth probability extents throughout the 21st century for the Southeast Regional Assessment Project, which encompasses the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia and parts of the states of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Ohio and West Virginia.

All you GIS folks who have the software to handle ArcGIS GRID files can download some of the data, with metadata, here: http://data.southatlanticlcc.org/SERAP_urban_2010-2100.zip  This zip file includes grids for each decade starting at 2010 and ending in 2100.
