As your cooperative gears up for another round of Blueprint workshops in March, April, and early May of 2017, Rua will review how the South Atlantic Conservation Blueprint has evolved since Blueprint 1.0 was released in 2014. He will explain the process of developing the latest iteration of the Blueprint, Version 2.1, and provide an overview of how it combined with neighboring LCCs’ spatial priorities to form the first Blueprint for the Southeast Conservation Adaptation Strategy (SECAS). He will also discuss the changes planned for the next version, Version 2.2, through the South Atlantic LCC’s iterative cycle of testing and revision.

This is a perfect chance for new partners to catch up on past, present, and future versions of the Blueprint—as well as for longtime partners to refresh their memories! Set the stage for another fun and productive workshop series by brushing up on  your background knowledge, asking questions, and providing feedback. If you’re planning to attend a workshop, this is a great chance to prepare in advance!
