I am pleased to announce a new member of your SALCC staff.  Ginger Deason has recently assumed the position of Information Transfer Specialist.

We were very lucky to find Ginger in time to have a seamless transition.  Ginger comes to the SALCC with a strong background in training, outreach and environmental education. Most recently she worked for Heifer International as a Field Coordinator managing projects predominantly in North Carolina. She has also worked for the NC Museum of Natural Sciences where she managed environmental education outreach programs for underserved populations. She holds a Master of Natural Resource Management from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Auburn University.

Please join me in welcoming Ginger.
