We can help you find some!
The data from our “Synthesis of High and Low Marsh Mapping” project are now available for online review and download. The South Atlantic LCC funded this project to create detailed maps distinguishing high and low marsh across the entire geography. To review this data online, please check out the High and Low Marsh Habitat map on our CPA. From there you can scroll down and click on one of the datasets to read the metadata and download the data package. You can also open the map to view and review the spatial data online.
To learn more about how these data were created, have a look at the recording of our Third Thursday web forum about this project. The principal investigator for this project, Dr. Tom Allen of Old Dominion University (previously East Carolina), is finalizing the report for this project now. It should be available in a couple of months.
